Two Images to be in Conroe TX Gallery in March, 2018

My images Prairie Waves and Road to Nowhere have been selected by juror Peter Andrew for display at the 3rd Annual Conroe Art League National Invitational Show at The Gallery at the Madeley Building in Conroe,Texas. Truly honored as this is a competitive show and the venue, an historic builidng in downtown Conroe (near Houston) is a spectacular venue. The show will be March 7-32, 2018.

Four images selected for Western Spirit Art Show!

I have been extremely fortunate to have four images selected for the Western Spirit Art Show in Cheyenne, Wyoming. They selected The Old Drive-In, Sails in the Dunes, The Road Less Traveled, and A Bird's Dream. The show will run from March 4-April 16th. New York Show

I am extremely pleased to have had my image Nautilus selected for the Circle Small Works Exhibit-2016 at the Alex Ferrone Gallery in Cutchogue, New York (Long Island). The national competition was juried by noted art critic and historian Charles A Riley II, PhD. The show will run from November 28th through February 15th.

Evergreen Fall Show

My image "A Bird's Dream" has been selected for the Evergreen Artists Association Fall Show. The show runs from September 30-October 23rd at the Main Street Fine Art Gallery in Evergreen, Colorado. In addition, I have three pieces of bin work for sale.

Gateway to the Rockies

Three of my images (Leaving the Pack, Pinwheels and Shrine Under the Stars) have all been selected for the Gateway to the Rockies Show sponsored by the Aurora Artist Guild. The show will be held at the Aurora History Museum from September 30 - November 5th. In addition, I will have bin work for sale.

Colorado Photographic Arts Center

I am truly honored to have my image A Bird's Dream selected for display in the Colorado Photographic Arts Center's Annual Member's Show to run from August 5-27. In addition, juror Tim Wride, Curator of Photography of the Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach, Florida, selected another of my images, Pinwheels, as a Special Mention for inclusion in the online gallery version of the exhibition. America's Parks: A Centennial Celebration

My image, Sails in the Dunes (see the Landscape-Great Sand Dunes gallery), has not only been selected for showing in the America's Parks: A Centennial Celebration at the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center in Pueblo, Colorado, but was awarded 2nd Place! The exhibit runs from June 4, 2016 to August 7, 2016. This was a national competition that was juried by nationally-renowned Colorado legend landscape photographer, John Fielder. An incredible Ansel Adams exhibit is also showing at another gallery within the Arts Center.

Exploring the Light Exhibition

I am honored that my image of The Cranes' Morning has been selected for showing in the juried Exploring the Light exhibition at the beautiful new Lone Tree Arts Center in Lone Tree, Colorado. The show was juried by professional photographer George Jardine and will run from April 27 through May 29. This should be an excellent show and I look forward to seeing the other artists' work.
